{"id":114194,"date":"2022-03-22T15:27:11","date_gmt":"2022-03-22T20:27:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.snapwhole.com\/index.php\/edgar-keith-armentrout-1940-2001-obituary\/"},"modified":"2023-01-17T01:05:10","modified_gmt":"2023-01-17T01:05:10","slug":"edgar-keith-armentrout-1940-2001-obituary","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.snapwhole.com\/index.php\/edgar-keith-armentrout-1940-2001-obituary\/","title":{"rendered":"Edgar Keith Armentrout 1940-2001 Obituary"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-text-align-center has-vivid-red-color\">Edgar Keith Armentrout 1940-2001 Obituary<\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a style=\"color:Tomato; \" href=\"https:\/\/www.snapwhole.com\/index.php\/randolph-county-west-virginia-area-obituaries\/\">Return Randolph County Area Obituaries Home Page<\/a><br><br><\/center>\n\n\n\n<p>Edgar Keith Armentrout, 61, of Alexandria, Va., died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2001, in Levindale Hebrew Convalescent Center in Baltimore, Md.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Armentrout was born May 4, 1940, in Elkins, a son of Hubert and Helen Campbell Armentrout, who survive in Elkins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He married Vonda LeAnne Armentrout, who preceded him in death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also surviving are a son, Kevin Armentrout, Alexandria, Va.; a daughter, Kelly Armentrout, Alexandria, Va.; two brothers, Kent Armentrout and wife, Carol, Elkins, and Jerry Armentrout, Dayton, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Armentrout was a 1958 graduate of Elkins High School and attended West Virginia University and Davis &amp; Elkins College<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was self-employed in the road construction business, being owner or partner in two businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He attended the First Assembly of God Church of Alexandria, Va.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS: Friends may call at Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev.
