Great project, easily made for any bike with a rear shelf<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Canvas would probably become a sagging bag, which is not a problem, if you want a saddle bag that holds its shape, leather might be a better option<\/p>\n\n\n\n

but if you don’t mind the sag, or adding a stiffening piece of cardboard, soft leather, suede, or canvas can be used, although real leather might get expensive and suede leather might hold dirt too much<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Still a great project if you like long distance riding, or need to carry items on your commute<\/p>\n\n\n\n
