Billy Stalnaker Obituary 1956-2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<center><a style=\"color:Tomato; \" href=\"https:\/\/www.snapwhole.com\/index.php\/randolph-county-west-virginia-area-obituaries\/\">Return to Randolph County Area Obituaries Home Page<\/a><\/center><br><br>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>William C. \u201cBilly\u201d Stalnaker, 63, of Elkins, WV passed away peacefully at Davis Memorial Hospital on November 8, 2020, with his loving sisters by his side. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>He was born in Elkins, WV on December 22, 1956 to the late Calvin Stalnaker and Eleanor Currence Stalnaker. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Billy was affectionately cared for by his mother, Eleanor, and upon her death, Billy was compassionately cared for by his sisters until they were unable to do so. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In his earlier years, Billy attended the Adult Training Center and attended Elkins Church of the Nazarene. .<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Billy leaves behind; his sisters: Bertie Stalnaker and Helen Louise Stalnaker, both of Elkins.
