Julia Ann Turner Plaugher, 50, of Durbin, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013, in Davis Memorial Hospital in Elkins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Born Sept. 28, 1962, at Elkins, she was a daughter of the late Herman and Evelyn R. Hise Turner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Larry, Sterl, Mike and Herb Turner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Wayne Plaugher; three daughters, Mary Ann (Kevin) White of Durbin, Manda June (Jason) Brickles of Kerens and Molly Jo Plaugher and fiance, Kenneth White of Durbin; a son, James D. (Kelly) Plaugher of Cass; sisters, Martha M. (Ronald) Plaugher and Helen M. (Roger) White, both of Durbin; one brother, Herald (Angela) Turner of Marlinton; and six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21, at Durbin United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Julian Rittenhouse and the Rev. Gary Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends and family from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at the church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
