Helen Bird Wilfong, age 100, of Bartow, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2002, at Nella\u2019s Nursing Home in Elkins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The daughter of the late Edward and Lola Brown Rexrode of Stewart, she was born February 26, 1902, at Dunmore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was a member of the Frank Nazarene Church. Mrs Wilfong was preceded in death by her husband , Brady Henry Wilfong, four brothers and three sisters. Survivors include her daughter, Edna Collins, Garrettville, Ohio; a brother, Allen Stewart of Bartow; a sister, Lena M. Spurlock, of Wayne; two granddaughters, a great-granddaughter, a great-grandson, and a great-great-granddaughter,

Graveside services will be held November 17, at 2 p.m. at the Arbovale Cemetery with the Rev. David Rittenhouse officiating. Donations of sympathy may be made to Hospice Care Corporation , 629 North Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale is in charge of the arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
