He had been in declining health for the past several months.<br><br>Born May 7, 1924, at Kerens, he was the son of the late Lewis and Daisy Hammond Goff.<br><br>He had never married and was the last surviving member of his immediate family, having been preceded in death by two sisters, Mattie and Mary Frances; five brothers, Perry, Jasper, Paul, Emmett and Henry Goff; and two infant siblings.<br><br>Leonard is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.<br><br>Mr. Goff hauled wood and coal for many years and was also a farmer and logger. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a Baptist by faith.<br><br>Friends will be received at the F.E. Runner Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday after 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the Runner Chapel on Monday at 11 a.m. The Rev. Walter Blough, a retired Church of the Brethren minister, will officiate.
