Margorie Carol Daft Barrickman, 68, of Dailey, WV entered into eternal rest late Saturday evening October 2, 2010 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV surrounded by family. She was born Friday, July 3, 1942 in Dailey, WV, a daughter of the late W.N. \u201cWilbur\u201d Daft and Anna Grace \u201cAnnie\u201d Tacy Daft. During June of 1963 at Deer Park, MD, she was married to Dana M. Barrickman who survives. She was a graduate of Beverly High School and had worked as a teacher\u2018s aide at Jennings Randolph Elementary School where she retired in January of 2004. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and flower gardening. Margorie attended the First United Methodist Church at Elkins. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four sisters, Lillian Phillips, Vonda Jean Bisen, Loretta Cowell, and Viola Miller, and two infant brothers, Carl and Willis Daft. Also left to cherish her memories are three daughters: Sheila Ross and husband Steve of Dayton, OH, Valerie Neale and husband John of Moore, SC, and Cheryl Deboni and husband Craig of Las Vegas, NV; one son: Brian Barrickman and wife Angela of Inman, SC, three sisters: Leola Willoughby of Elkins, Anna Mae Weese of Dailey and Lenora Lloyd of Baltimore, MD, three brothers: Clair \u201cBud\u201d Daft and wife Mary Ann of Beverly, Bill Daft and wife Carol of Dailey, and David Daft and wife Sue of Elkins; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday October 5, 2010 at The Randolph Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday October 6, 2010 at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Barry Moll officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. State Memorial Gardens in Gilman, WV.
