She was born January 21, 1939 in Ten Mile, WV, a daughter of the late Henry C. and Rosella Payne Talbott. She is survived by her 2nd husband, Oliver D. Brown of Rock Cave; two sons, David W. Bickel and wife Linda of Huttonsville, WV and Clyde C. Bickel and wife Edith of Rock Cave; one granddaughter, Sarah Darnall and husband John of Buckhannon; three grandsons, David W. Bickel, II and wife Jennifer of Rock Cave, Michael C. Bickel and fianc\u00e9\u2019 Amy Saunders of Buckhannon and Christopher B. Bickel of Clarksburg, WV; four step daughters; two step sons; three step grandchildren and two step great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Maurice W. Bickel; two brothers, Oran and Doy Talbott and one sister, Opal Rash. Mrs. Brown was a Nurse\u2019s Aide for St. Joseph\u2019s Hospital in Buckhannon and a member of the Canaan Community Church. Friends will be received Saturday, October 23, 2010 from 6\u20139 PM at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. Jerry Lee officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Rock Cave.   Poling-st.
