Dorothy Helen Smith, 86, of Rt. #1, Moatsville, died Sunday, April 3, in the Rosewood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Grafton. She was born January 7, 1925, at Webster Springs, a daughter of the late Sherman McCallister and the late Gracie Velva (Martin) McCallister Tincher. She was preceded in death by her first husband, William L. Tincher, Sr. Survivors include two daughters, Evelyn Fisher, Elkins and Linda Cain, Lawrence, Ala.; four sons, William L. Tincher Jr., Beverly, David L. Tincher, Moatsville, Robert Tincher, Springboro, Pa. and Stanley P. Tincher, Elkins; seventeen grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one son, Roger L. Tincher, by a grandson, David K. Tincher; by a granddaughter, Connie Sue Pritt and by one sister, Alice M. Tincher. Mrs. Smith was a homemaker.<\/p>
