James H ODell 1963-2012 Obituary<\/p>\n\n\n\n

James H. O\u2019Dell loving husband and father went to be with the Lord late Monday evening, November 5, 2012. He was born June 21, 1963, a son of William O\u2019Dell of Elkins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is survived by his stepmother, Rose Martin of Elkins. He was married to Barbara Moore O\u2019Dell who survives in Elkins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also surviving is one son, Michael O\u2019Dell, Elkins, one daughter, Britney Moore and companion Brad Warner of Beverly, a grandson, Remington Warner, Beverly and one step-son, Nickolas Poling. Five brothers, William O\u2019Dell, Jeff O\u2019Dell and wife Bonnie of Charleston, SC, Marner O\u2019Dell of Elkins, Edward O\u2019Dell and wife Elva and Timothy O\u2019Dell and wife Cindy all of Phoenix, AZ. One half-sister, Melissa Wilson of Elkins and step-sisters and brother, Evelin Brown, Alverda Sharp and husband Lee, Margaret Fortney, Nippy Martin, April Channell and husband Rob. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also surviving are his mother-in-law and father-in-law, James and Patty Moore of Elkins and several nieces and nephews. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also preceding him in death were two brothers, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael and Donald O\u2019Dell. James was a devoted Iron Worker and was employed by Triangle Incorporated of Hurricane, WV and was a member of Union Local 301. He enjoyed helping others, hunting and billiards and was a Duke University Basketball Fan. He most enjoyed spending time with his family. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friends may call from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the Gospel Light Tabernacle Church, Rt. 219 North, Elkins. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm Saturday from the church with Rev. Conley Ogden and Rev. A.H. Belt officiating. Cremation will follow.

Memorial contributions may be made to the James O\u2019Dell Memorial Fund, c\/o Mountain Valley Bank, PO Box 1969, Elkins, WV 26241. The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for James H. O\u2019Dell. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
