On April 29, 1946 at Oakland, MD she was married to Ralph L. Brady, who preceded her in death August 16, 1999. They had celebrated fifty-three years of marriage. Surviving are one daughter, Judith Brady Moore and husband John, Cumberland, MD; two grandchildren, Krista Leigh Youngblood and husband Thomas; and Jonathan Ryan Moore and one great grandson, Kyle Andrew Youngblood.<br><br>She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Preceding her in death are two sisters, Joline Donna Skinner and Mildred Parrack.<br><br>Betty attended the schools of Mill Creek and was a graduate of Tygarts Valley High School with the Class of 1939. She attended Davis &amp; Elkins College and worked as the Assistant Trust Officer at the Citizens National Bank, retiring in 1988. She was a member of the Elkins Lodge # 1135, B.P.O.E., the Davis Memorial Hospital Ladies Auxiliary and the Davis Memorial Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed cooking and loved her grandchildren dearly.<br><br>The family will receive friends at the Lohr &amp; Barb Funeral Home of Elkins on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 from 12 Noon to 1:30 PM. On Tuesday, at 1:30 a funeral service will be conducted with the Reverend Doctor Marvin L. Parli officiating.
