A. Justine Pritt Arbogast, 53, a resident of the Chenoweth Creek community, passed away at 8:35 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2003, in Ruby Memorial Hospital.

She was born Oct. 13, 1949, in Elkins, the daughter of Analee Rohr Pritt of Dailey and the late Warden J. Pritt.

On June 30, 1979, she was married to Denver Arbogast, who survives at Chenoweth Creek.

Also surviving are one son, Robert Dale Arbogast, serving with the U.S. Navy in LeMoore, Calif.; two daughters, Sarah Elizabeth and Rebecca Ellen Arbogast, both at home; one sister, Sharon Herbach Cox of Canonsburg, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.

Also preceding her in death were one son, Adam Justin, and one daughter, Annie.

Justine was a graduate of Elkins High School with the class of 1967 and graduated from the Clarksburg Beauty Academy.

She was employed by Concast Metal for over 20 years and was currently employed by Siron Trucking of Montrose.

She was a member of the Hart Chapel Church at Chenoweth Creek.

Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m Friday at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.

On Saturday, she will be moved to the Hart Chapel Church at Chenoweth Creek for visitation from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m., the funeral hour.

Pastor David Collins and the Rev. Robert L. Lowther will officiate and interment will follow in the Mountain State Memorial Gardens near Gilman.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Sarah and Rebecca Arbogast College Fund, in care of Davis Trust Company, Third Street and Davis Avenue, Elkins, W.Va., 26241, in memory of Mrs. Arbogast.

The Tomblyn Funeral Home of Elkins is in charge of the arrangements for A. Justine Pritt Arbogast.
