Ada Ferguson Click, 94, of Chestnut Street, Elkins, departed this life Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 3, 2003, at Davis Memorial Hospital. Death was unexpected and was attributed to cardiac arrest.

She was born Tuesday, Oct. 7, 1908, at Oakland, Md., the daughter of the late Harry Lloyd Ferguson and Ada Coffman Ferguson.

On Nov. 12, 1927, in Elkins, she was married to Cecil Ray Click Sr., who preceded her in death on Feb. 26, 1981.

Surviving are one son, Cecil Ray Click Jr. of Elkins; two daughters, Stella Marie Hill and husband, William M. Hill, of Swansboro, N.C.., and Betty Lou Clayton and husband, Lawrence Clayton, of New Port Richie, Fla.; one sister, Mildred Siler of Elkins; one stepsister, Iona Harbor of Arizona; one stepbrother, Clayton W. Coffman of Delphi, Ind.; three grandchildren, Heather Marie, Las Vegas, Nev., Amber Lee Click and Pamela Lynn Dudley, both of Elkins; three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Preceding her in death besides her parents and husband is one grandson, Cecil David Riggleman.

Ada was a graduate of Elkins High School, was a homemaker and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star at Cass, the Delphia Rebekah Lodge 62 and Otterbein United Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today.

Final rites will be conducted at the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Saturday.

The Rev. Donald L. Lockhart will officiate and interment will follow at the Beverly Cemetery at Beverly.

The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be in the form of contributions to Hospice Care Corp., 929 S. Davis Ave., Suite B, Elkins, W.Va. 26241.
