Anthony Lincoln Tenney Jr 1927-2019 Obituary
Anthony Lincoln Tenney Jr., 91, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019.
Anthony was the son of the late Anthony Lincoln Tenney Sr. and Bertha Ours Tenney.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Frances Elaine Tenney; a son, Anthony Tenney III; and a grandson, Robert Gregory Tenney Jr. Anthony was a former postal carrier.
Surviving are his children, Mark Tenney, Maureen Tenney, and Christina Booher; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be held at noon on Friday, June 28, 2019, in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at Oakey’s Vinton Chapel located at 627 Hardy Road, Vinton.
