Barbara Jean Schulz 1926-2021 Obituary
Barbara J. Schulz, 95, of St. Albans, formerly of Elkins, passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at Bellaire of Devonshire Assisted Living, after a long battle with dementia.
She was born in Milton, West Virginia to the late Warren and Alberta Ryalls Baylous. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arnold F. Schulz.
Mrs. Schulz was retired from Davis and Elkins College where she was the Alumni Secretary. Before that, she was a homemaker for many years. Barbara loved to travel, paint and dance.
She is survived by her daughter, Kristina A. Schulz Henson of St. Albans; grandchildren, Lauren Holmes and Jarod Henson of St. Albans; one great granddaughter, Addison Holmes.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, November 29, 2021 at Bartlett-Nichols Funeral Home, St. Albans with David R. Bess officiating. Entombment will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service.
