Berkley Delano “Buck” Jaggie Jr., 50, a resident of Beverly, passed from this life Saturday, September 4, 2021. He had been in his usual health and death was unexpected. He was a devoted son, brother, father, and adored grandfather, and is now our angel in heaven.

Buck was born Friday, September 25, 1970, in Elkins, a son of Buck Jaggie Sr. of Norton and Donna Jean Morrison Canfield of Mentor, OH.

Also left to cherish his memory are two sisters, Mary (Robert) Fortney and Michelle (Jimmy) Fortney, brother, Leroy (Valerie) Jaggie, mother of his children Trecia Jaggie, son, BJ (Chelsey) Jaggie, daughter, Courtney Jaggie (Chandler), two nephews, Jimmy Fortney and Thomas Jaggie, three nieces, Kristina Fortney, Ashley Fortney, and Kiersten Jaggie, his 4 grandchildren, Berkley, Caiden, Jordan and Sawyer, a great nephew Jaymison Markley and fiance, Debbie Sue Kappes.

Buck’s pride was his family. He loved to spend his Saturdays watching college football. He first and foremost loved family dinners with so much food that if you left hungry it was your own fault. He was a Superintendent Electrician for the I.B.E.W. , a specialist in the Army from 1989 to 1993, a 32nd degree Mason at Belington Lodge NO. 125, AF&AM, and a member of the Shriner’s of North America Club.

A visitation will be held at the Randolph Funeral Home Friday, September 10, 2021, from 5 pm until 7 pm. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 10 am. Rev. Tristan Tenney will officiate and interment will follow in Scott Cemetery in Norton where members of HW Daniels Post #29, American Legion, Tygart Valley Post #3647, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the WV Honor Guard will conduct full military honors and Belington Lodge # 125, A. F. & A.M. will conduct Masonic Graveside Rites.
