This is not a completed neckerchief slide, but its a very good idea, most people have pride in their state and want to share it with everyone
Cut the outline of your state out of thin plywood, paint the entire piece one color, paint a border with black paint, and mark the state capitol and your home town, attach a loop of leather to the back, and you have a great neckerchief slide

W Ben Hunt created the Whittlin Jim and Lone Eagle names, and published articles under all three name – Ben Hunt wrote 2-4 articles per month for Boy’s Life, and I think he created the Whittlin Jim and Lone Eagle to make is seem like there were multiple authors writing the articles
