Good design for a buck saw
To make is easier to transport, it is not permanently fitted together
It can be taken apart and stored in a canvas custom made case
its only 2 foot long, which is just a little shorter then a normal buck saw
I like the idea of this saw, simply because it takes less space to store the saw when not in use
W Ben Hunt created the Whittlin Jim and Lone Eagle names, and published articles under all three name – Ben Hunt wrote 2-4 articles per month for Boy’s Life, and I think he created the Whittlin Jim and Lone Eagle to make is seem like there were multiple authors writing the articles
