Carl McRoy Bowers, 69, of Petersburg, died Sunday, Oct. 27, 2002, at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Friends will be received today from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Schaeffer Funeral Home. Funeral services will be in the funeral home chapel Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Cherry Hill Cemetery at Upper Tract.
