Carol Susan Ankney, 52, of 97 S. Kanawha St., Buckhannon, died Monday, March 17, 2003, at her residence in Buckhannon.
he was born Jan. 6, 1951 in Greensburg, Pa., a daughter of Ray F. Ankney, who survives in Mt. Pleasant, Pa., and the late Mary Catherine Hutter Ankney.
In addition to her father, she is survived by a brother, Thomas Ray Ankney and wife, Barbra, Mt. Pleasant, Pa.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Ankney.
She was a school teacher for Upshur County Board of Education.
She was a Presbyterian by faith.
Her body will be cremated and services will be held in Mt. Pleasant, Pa.
Interment will be in Omega Crematory in Morgantown. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
