Mrs. Carrie Viola Cooper, 71, died Saturday night at her home, here.

She was the daughter of the late Sampson and Elizabeth (Bonner) Snyder.

Surviving are five sons, Clarace R. Cooper of Elkins, Paul J. Cooper of Alpena and Melvin H. Cooper, Emerson A. Cooper and Sampson S. Cooper, all of Harman; two daughters, Mrs. Mary McCord, of Elkins and Anna Lee Barkley, of Harman; four brothers, P. Albert Snyder, John W. Snyder and Henry C. Snyder, all of Idaho, and J. Blaine Snyder of Harman; two sisters, Mrs. Stella Cooper and Mrs. Nettie Harman, both of Harman; and several grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Brethren Church with the Rev. E.S. Harman officiating and the Rev. Galen Fike of Eglon assisting.

Interment will be in Snyder Cemetery
