Clemoth Joe Call, 66, a resident of Elkins, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2003, at his home.

He was born Dec. 13, 1936, in Putnam County, a son of Virginia Call Tucker of Lancaster, Ohio, and the late Grover Cleveland Call.

He was married Nov. 28, 1986, at Giles, Va., to Nancy Ann Flint Call, who survives.

Also surviving are one son, Bobby Joe Call of Fairborn, Ohio; two stepsons, Paul Aleshire of Whitman and James Aleshire of New Carlisle, Ohio; one daughter, Carolyn Sue Pate of Tampa, Fla.; and one stepdaughter, Wendy Lukacs of Whitman. One brother, Ray C. Call of Lancaster, Ohio, also survives.

Mr. Call was a truck driver for Coastal Tank Lines prior to his retirement. He attended the Elkins Church of God and Family Worship Center and was a member of Elkins Lodge No. 108 AF & AM.

He was an avid hunter, fisherman and storyteller.

Friends may call from 6 p.m. till 9 p.m. Saturday at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday from the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Randall Richards officiating.

Interment will follow in Mountain State Memorial Gardens where Elkins Lodge No. 108 AF & AM will conduct Masonic graveside services.
