Danny Ray Kisamore Jr. 1978-2021 Obituary
Danny Ray Kisamore, Jr., age 43 years, a resident of the Moore Community, Parsons, WV departed this life Wednesday morning, December 29, 2021, at the Davis Medical Center at Elkins, WV. He had been in declining health.
He was born Wednesday, April 19, 1978, at Elkins, WV, a son of Danny Ray Kisamore, Sr. and Ruby Bell Summerfield Kisamore, who survive at Moore, WV.
Also surviving are two sons, Danny Kisamore, III and Daryl Kisamore, both of Moore; one daughter, Danica Kisamore of Moore; one stepdaughter, Destiny Stokes of Keyser; two brothers, Paul Shahan and wife Tonya of Mill Creek and Andrew Kisamore of Shinnston; four sisters, Brenda Vanscoy of Elkins, Margaret Lora of Parsons, Carol Shahan of Philippi and Catherine “Ann” Kisamore of Snowshoe; several nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts and uncles.
He was a graduate of Tucker County High School.
He was a truck driver working in Virginia and he was a cook at the Depot Diner until his illness prevented him from working.
He enjoyed hunting and riding 4-wheelers. He attended the Riverview Chapel Church at Porterwood.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Monday, January 3, 2022, from 2 PM to 3 PM.
Final rites will be conducted at the funeral home on January 3, 2022 at 3 PM. The Rev. James Snyder will officiate. Cremation will follow.
