Debra Ann Smith, age 56, of Buckhannon, WV, died Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Golden Living in Morgantown, WV. She was born March 13, 1957 in Upshur County, WV, a daughter of the late Jesse and Dorothy Smith Kelley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Kelley. She is survived by one daughter, Misty Guth of Elkins, WV; one son, Jonathan Wayne Smith of Pittsburgh, PA; one sister, Brenda Louk of Buckhannon and a boyfriend, Donald Bishop of Buckhannon. Debra was a homemaker. Friends will be received Sunday, September 8, 2013 from 6-8 PM at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Roy Wiant officiating. Burial will follow in the Hampton Cemetery in Hampton, WV. Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
