Donald B. Parrack, 81, a loving husband and father, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at his home in Texas. Services will he held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Biggers Funeral Chapel. Committal with military honors will be at 2 p.m. in Dallas-fort Worth National Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society. Donald Baine Parrack was born in Mill Creek, West Virginia. He served proudly in the United States Air Force and retired at the rank of master sergeant in September 1971. Mr. Parrack was an orthotist and owned and operated Advanced Orthotics in Fort Worth. He was a member of Ridglea Masonic Lodge #1341 and Fort Worth Scottish Rite Bodies. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Karl and Lela Garlow Parrack; sister, Elenette Beasley; brother, Edwin Parrack and an infant sister, Barbara. He is survived by his wife, Dora; daughters, Karen Parrack, Vicki Meadors; brothers, Jim Parrack and wife, Sybil, Michael Parrack and wife, Carolyn, and Cordell Parrack; sisters, Winona Wilson and Anita Parrack; grandson, Bruce Meadors Jr.; one great-grandson; and a number of nieces and nephews.
