Ernestine “Tina” Rhodes Ralston, 80, a resident of Elkins, passed from this life Monday morning, September 10, 2012 at her home surrounded by family. Mrs. Ralston’s request for cremation will be honored. There will be a memorial service at a later date. The Randolph Funeral Home and Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements for Ernestine “Tina” Rhodes Ralston.
