Harry Burdette “Bo” Pennington III, 42, a resident of Hambleton passed from this life early Friday morning, April 20, 2012 at his home. He was born Thursday, January 29, 1970 at Parsons, a son of Harry ‘Sut’ Pennington, Jr., and Loretta W. Falls Pennington who survive at Hambleton. On May 22, 1992 at Oakland, MD, he was married to the former Carole Jean Baker, who survives. Others left to cherish Bo’s memory are three daugters, Alisha Crossland, Rachelle Pennington, and Saria Pennington, all of Hambleton, one son, Harry Pennington IV of Hambleton, one sister, Cindy Sigley and husband, Arlie of Belington, one brother, Sammy Regester of Hambleton, and one grandson, Joshua Crossland of Hambleton. Bo was a graduate of Tucker County High School with the class of 1988, had worked construction with Roberts Estates, was a boiler operator and electrician for Bruce Hardwood for fourteen years until becoming disabled. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding four wheelers, but his real joy was watching his children playing sports and his morning coffee with his mom and dad. Visitation will be held at the Summerfield Funeral Home of Parsons on Sunday from 4 until 8PM. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home chapel on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 11AM. The Reverend Eli D. Hostetler will officiate and interment will follow at the Pennington Family Cemetery at Hambleton.
