Jeffrey Lynn Zirkle, age 52 years, a resident of Jimtown, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012. He was born September 25, 1960 in Elkins a son of Aaron Gilson Zirkle, Jr. and Mary S. Swick Zirkle who reside at Coalton. Also surviving is one daughter, Stacy Marie Truman and husband Daniel of Coalton and one brother, Kevin Zirkle and wife of Coalton. Also preceding him in death were his Paternal Grandparents, Aaron and Nellie Zirkle and Maternal Grandmother, Bertie Swick. Jeffrey attended the Norton Elementary School and Coalton Twelve Year School. He was a former Partner of Zirkle Lumber Company, a Methodist by Faith and loved to hunt and fish. He was a huge animal lover and leaves behind his beloved dog, Nibbles. Friends may call from 10:00 am until 12:00pm Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the Tomblyn Funeral Home in Elkins. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jim Murphy officiating. Interment will follow in the Phillips Cemetery at Jimtown. Contributions may be made to the Women’s Aid in Crisis, PO Box 2062, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Jeffrey.
