Leonard Scott Howell 1965-2002 Obituary
Leonard Scott Howell, 37, the son of Leonard and Lyla Howell of Elkins and formerly of Green Bank, died Friday, Nov. 1, 2002, at his home in Naples, Fla. His death was unexpected.
Scott was born March 5, 1965, in Elkins and graduated from Pocahontas County High School in 1983.
He had worked as a service manager for Sheets’ Garage in Green Bank and for several dealerships in Ft. Myers and Naples, Fla.
On Nov. 1992, he married the former Nancy Malcolm, who survives in Florida.
Also surviving are a sister and brother-in-law, Laura and David Law; two nieces and two nephews in Cape Girardeau, Mo., and his paternal grandmother, Ethel Parncutt of Elkins
Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Claude Howell and Lyle and Beulah Cosner.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30 at the Arbovale United Methodist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Arbovale United Methodist Church.
