Marshall Jacob Reger, 88, of Buckhannon, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2002, in Knights Personal Care Home in Buckhannon.
Mr. Reger was born July 15, 1913, in Volga, a son of the late Charles and Gertrude Zirkle Reger.
On Aug. 22, 1958, he married Lemoine Sue Booth Reger, who survives.
Also surviving is a brother, Denver Reger, Brushy Fork.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Lewis Reger; and a half sister, Gretta Reger.
Mr. Reger was a farmer and coal miner.
He served in the Army Air Force during World War II in North Africa.
He was a member of Buckhannon VFW Post 3663.
Funeral Arrangements: Memorial services will be at Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home Saturday at 11 a.m. with Brother Arthur Hinkle officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Reger Cemetery Fund, in care of Michael Moore, 9 Teter Heights, Buckhannon, W.Va. 26201.
