Norma Louise Wisner, 94, a resident of Elkins, passed from this life Monday evening, January 30, 2012 at Nella’s Nursing Home. She was born Wednesday, May 2, 1917 at Cumberland, MD, a daughter of the late Clarence Elwood Wisner and Mary Norene Fisher. Norma attended the schools of Randolph County, and had worked as an executive secretary for the Douglas Coal Company for twenty-seven years. Left to cherish Norma’s memory is one niece, Deborah Wonn Bunger and husband, Bruce of Kennywood, KY, and a special friend, Mark Armentrout of Elkins. She was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, John Elwood Wisner and Alice Wonn Wisner. Norma’s request for cremation was honored. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Elkins Memorial Gardens.
