Paula Jean Rinehart Phillips 1956-2014 Obituary
Paula Jean Rinehart Phillips, 57, a resident of Kerens, passed from this life Thursday evening, February 6, 2014 at UPMC Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Paula was born Wednesday, September 19, 1956 in Fairmont, a daughter of the late Jack Warren Rinehart and Joann Evelyn Wildman Rinehart.
Left to cherish Paula’s memory are her two children, Jennifer Smith and husband, Michael and Adam Phillips and wife, Mary, three grandchildren, Mackenzie McSpadden, Jacob Smith, and Shane Fortney, all of Elkins, her brother, Jack W. Rinehart and wife, Lora, her step sister, Cheryl Dixon and husband, Jack, her step mother, June Rinehart, all of Mannington, several nieces, nephews and cousins and companion Lee Barcus.
Paula was preceded in death by her step brother, Timothy Sawyer.
Paula was a graduate of Mannington High School, had attended a year of Beauty School, and had worked in retail for KMart and was a manager for Kipling Shoes before becoming disabled.
She loved talking on the phone, and her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.
Paula’s request for cremation will be honored and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
