Pauline E. Teter, 65, of Marlinton, died Sunday, Sept. 7, 2003, at Pocahontas Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.

She was a ward clerk at Pocahontas Memorial Hospital and was of the Methodist faith.

She was born July 25, 1938, at Thornwood, the daughter of the late William C. and Dessie M. Vandevender Teter.

She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Summerfield of Green Bank and Donavan Bennett of Marlinton; one brother, Warren “Bud” Teter of Marlinton; two sisters, Bernice Sharp of Marlinton and Mildred Tacy of Oakland, Md.; and three grandchildren.

Sam Felton will hold funeral services at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the VanReenen Funeral Home in Marlinton. Burial will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery at Marlinton. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pocahontas Memorial Hospital, Buckeye, W.Va. 24924. From 9 Sep 2003.
