Phyllis Jeannette DuBois Yokum 1950-2015 Obituary
Phyllis Jeannette DuBois Yokum, 64, a resident of Huttonsville, passed from this life Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Acuity Hospital in Weirton Medical Center in Weirton.
Phyllis was born Sunday, September 17, 1950 in Fayetteville, NC, a daughter of the late James DuBois and Mary Elizabeth Harrell DuBois.
On January 21, 1967 in Bennettsville, SC, she married Jimmy Yokum who survives in Huttonsville.
Also left to cherish her memory are two children, Dalton James Yokum of Morgantown and Shelly Yokum of KY and one grandson, Austin Pike of KY.
Phyllis’ request for cremation will be honored.
A visitation will be held at the Randolph Funeral Home Sunday, March 22, 2015 from 1-3P, the funeral hour.
Frank Collier will officiate.
