Richmond Bell Williams “Richie” Nestor, 75, a resident of the Hannahsville Community, Tucker County, passed from this life Sunday morning, April 28, 2013 at her home.

Richie was born Wednesday, April 27, 1938 in Grafton, a daughter of the late Cecil Williams and Ada Pearl Swisher Williams. On March 2, 1957 at Red House, MD, she was married to Ralph Gay Nestor who survives. Richie is also survived by her son, Ricky Ralph Nestor of Hannahsville and her daughter, Ruby Arlene Kelley and husband, Randy of Parsons, her two grandchildren, Melissa Kelley and Randall Kelley, both of Morgantown, three siblings, Mabel Hovatter of Thomas, Thelma Williams of Birmingham, AL, and Dorsey Williams of Pifer Mountain, and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death was her brother and sister in law, Robert and Georgia Williams. Richie was a graduate of Parsons High School with the class of 1957, was a homemaker and a farmer. She was a very good cook, enjoyed gardening, working on the farm, spending time at the cabin, and taking care of her grandchildren.

She was a member of the Macedonia United Methodist Church. Visitation will be held at the Summerfield Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5 until 8 PM. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 1:30 PM. Rev. Robert Leard will officiate and interment will follow at the Parsons City Cemetery.
