Robert L. Marsh, 60, of Beach City, Ohio, and formerly of Upshur County, died Thursday, April 25, 2002, at his home in Ohio.
He was born May 16, 1941, in Upshur County, a son of the late Oscar and Agnes Lee Marsh.
He is survived by two daughters, Denise Villilo of Massillon, Ohio, and Teresa Isler of Akron, Ohio; four grandchildren, five brothers, Jackie Marsh of Massillon, Ohio, Oscar Marsh of Weirton, John Marsh of Buckhannon, Eddie Marsh, Navarre, Ohio, and Mike Marsh of Wooster, Ohio; and three sisters, Nancy Fern Bleigh of Massillon, Ohio, Darlene Kenney of Rock Cave, and LaDonna Baxa of Buckhannon.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Marsh.
Mr. Marsh served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He was a member of VFW Post 3124 of Massillon, Ohio, and a Protestant by faith.
Friends will be received at Heavner & Cutright Funeral Chapel today from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be Sunday at 1 p.m. from the funeral chapel with the Rev. Robert Heavner officiating. Interment will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery. The Buckhannon VFW Post 3663 and the Frank B. Bartlett Post 7, American Legion will accord military honors at the graveside.
