Ruby Marie Harper Vance, 81, of Glen Burnie, Md., died Thursday, Feb. 13, 2003, in North Arundel Hospital in Glen Burnie, Md. Family will receive friends Sunday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Basagic Funeral Home in Franklin. Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Stanley Kile and Elder David Hartman officiating. Interment will follow in Cherry Hill Cemetery, Upper Tract. From 15 Feb 2003.
