Shirley Jean Bailey, age 64, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. She was born March 10, 1949 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late Robert and Hazel Morrison Howe. She is survived by two daughters, Paula Wilkinson and Linda Sue Swank both of Buckhannon; three grandsons, Joey Wilkinson and Cody Gibson both of Buckhannon and Dustin Elliott of Canton, OH; five granddaughters, Brittany Wells and husband Joseph of Suffolk, VA, Courtney Wilmoth and husband Bruce and Rachel Wilkinson all of Buckhannon, Kailey Krach and Jessica Elliott both of Canton; one great granddaughter, Halee Wilmoth of Buckhannon; four great grandsons, Joseph Wells, Jr. and Jareth Wells both of Suffolk, Jerimah Wilmoth of Buckhannon and Kayson Ward of Canton; two sisters, Donna Marley of Waynesboro, PA and Kathy Morne of Washington, PA and one brother, Richard Howe of Bulger, PA. Mrs. Bailey was a homemaker. Friends will be received Sunday, July 21, 2013 from 12 noon until 2 PM at the Poling-st. Clair Funeral Home.
