Sue Carroll Smith Ware, 70, of Wildwood, died Friday, June 20, 2003. Heaven has received a new angel.

A native of Kingwood, she moved to central Florida in 1994. She taught school for eight years and was a loving homemaker and mother. She sold real estate at Hawthorne for eight years, recently selling homes for Baird Home Sales in Leesburg. She was a member of Wildwood United Methodist Church.

Survivors are her husband, Marvin, of Wildwood; one son, David of Somerville, Mass; two daughters, Mrs. Mark (Beth Ann) Jacobs of Tampa, Fla., and Mrs. Craig (Debbie) DeWitt of Bruceton Mills; four grandchildren, Timothy Jared Ware, Chloe Ware, Derek DeWitt and Angie DeWitt.

She graduated from Fairmont State College, Fairmont, and was a member of the Eastern Star in Belington.

A memorial service was conducted at the Wildwood United Methodist Church Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Harry Holloman officiating. There will be a memorial service at Wesley United Methodist Church in Kingwood July 5 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Lake & Sumter, 12300 Lane Park Road, Tavares, Fla. 32778.
