Susan Doreen Rosencrance, 49, a resident of Weirton, passed from this life late Thursday night, March 20, 2014 at the Weirton Medical Center. Susan was born Sunday, October 11, 1964 in Elkins, a daughter of the late Gary Lee Rosencrance and Catherine Pritt Rosencrance Hans who survives in Weirton. Others left to cherish Susan’s memory are two brothers, Richard Lee Rosencrance and wife Pamela of East Dailey and Timothy Ray Rosencrance and wife, Roberta of Slatyfork, ten nieces and nephews, Tricia Rosencrance, Heather Rosencrance, Alyciann Simons and husband, Nick, Cody Albright, Richie Rosencrance, Erica Gladwell, Brent Gladwell and wife, Jessica, Michael Bishop, Tara Dalton and husband, David, and Brooke Hans, and four great nieces and great nephews. Preceding Susan in death besides her father was her step-father, Thomas Hans, and her grandparents, Velma and Lawrence Moore and Cecile and Ethel Rosencrance. Susan was a graduate of Tygart Valley High School. She was an accomplished singer who loved to make music and entertain those around her. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held at the Randolph Funeral Home on Monday, March 24, 2014 from 11 until 1PM, the funeral hour. Pastor Frank Stanley will officiate and interment will follow in the Bell-kelley Cemetery on Becky’s Creek.
