Thelma Ruth Ware Gladden, age 88 years, a native of Randolph County, WV, a former resident of Kings Mountain, NC and more recently a resident of Elkins, WV, departed this life Sunday afternoon, December 29, 2013 at the home of her sister, Jane Conrad. She had been in declining health.
She was born Friday, November 6, 1925 at Mingo, WV a daughter of the late Charles Simpson and Biddie Lemon Mace Ware. She was married to Howard L. Gladden, who preceded her in death.
A Private family visitation was held. Mrs. Gladden was then moved to the Mountain Rest Cemetery at Kings Mountain, NC where Graveside Services were held.
