Vera Bell Cutright 1917-2002 Obituary

Vera Bell Cutright, 85, a resident of Route 1, French Creek, passed away at her home Friday, Aug. 30, 2002, at 7 a.m.

She was born July 11, 1917, in Upshur County, the daughter of the late Charles Wesley and Della May Depoy.

On Nov. 10, 1939, she was married to Lorence Arden Cutright, who preceded her in death on Dec. 8, 1997.

She is survived by four sons, John Cutright, Kirk Cutright and Delmer Cutright, all of French Creek, and Virgil Cutright, Painesville, Ohio; three daughters, Audamaree Morgan, Gloria Kittle and Monna Lewis, all of French Creek; five brothers, Charles Depoy, Walter Depoy and Ralph Depoy, all of Alton, William Depoy, Virginia, and Wesley Depoy, Alexander; one sister, Mary Russell, Illinois; 22 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister, two half sisters and two grandchildren.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, a senior companion and she was one in a million.

Friends will be received at the Robert M. Vincent Funeral Home in French Creek from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today. She will be moved to the Pine Grove United Methodist Church Wednesday for visitation from noon until 1 p.m., the funeral hour. The Rev. David Jessie will officiate and interment will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery.
