Wayne Elwood Parker, 74, a resident of Arthur, died Tuesday, July 16, 2002, at his home.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the Schaeffer Funeral Home where funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday. Interment will be at South Branch Memorial Gardens.
