I started by Gluing the Leather to the Wood Backer Board

I made the leather a little oversize and then trimmed to fit the backer baord

I loaded the White Polishing Compound on to the leather by rubbing the white polishing compound stick on the leather, the rubbing action heated up the stick and helped to transfer the white polishing compound onto the leather

The Strop is now ready to use, I will need to load more compound on the strop after using this for a while, once the leather gets a nice even coating, the strop is finished, I applied several coats before I had the right amount of compound on the strop

This Strop is finished and ready to use
