OBITUARY: REV. WILLIAM L. BRADSHAW The Rev. William Leroy Bradshaw, 86, of Summersville, formerly of Belington, died Sunday, November 18, in Summersville, following an extended illness.

He was born May 10, 1926, at Rochester, Penn., a son of the late Carl Leroy and Willemina (Strock) Bradshaw.

Thrice married, he was preceded in death by his first wife, the former Alma E. Eisenbrown, by his second wife, the former Lona Manilla Potts and by his third wife, the former Claris Mae Rutherford Moats.

Surviving are two sons, Carl Bradshaw and wife, Virginia, Marvin Bradshaw and wife, Denise, all of Summersville; one daughter, Juanita Faesenmeier and husband, Emil, Belington; a step-son, Donald Adams, Pruntytown; three step-daughters, Joyce B. Willis, Huntington, Betty L. Allen, Norristown, Penn., Sandra England, Philippi; one brother, Thomas Bradshaw, Beaver Falls, Penn.; eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren He was also preceded in death by one sister, Mary Tetone and one brother, Robert Bradshaw.

The Rev. Bradshaw was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a retired steelmaker for Jones and Laughlin Steel Corp. and a retired minister of the Church of the Nazarene. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 21, from the Schoonover – Stemple Funeral Chapel.

The Rev. Kevin Dennis and the Rev. Richard chambers will officiate and interment will follow in the Barbour Memorial Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 :00 until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday and from 9:00 until 11:00 A.M., the funeral hour on day on Wednesday.

Schoonover – Stemple Funeral Chapel is entrusted with arrangements.
