MARTINSBURG, WV Wilma Lee Stough, 60, a resident of Martinsburg, W.Va., passed from this life Saturday evening, June 15, 2013, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va. She was born Thursday, April 9, 1953 in Elkins, W.Va., a daughter of the late Harley Moore and Wanda Shreve Moore. Left to cherish Wilma’s memory are four children: Anna Stough of Windsor, James Stough of Windsor, Carrie Stough and Jennifer Nagle of PA; thirteen grandchildren; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
